TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the following terms before submitting a commission request.

â–º Image rights belong to TOOTH&BRANCH. You may not sell or redistribute. For licensing or purchasing ownership rights, please email [email protected]â–º I reserve the right to refuse a commission.â–º I reserve the right to share commissioned artwork on my personal websites and social media accounts. I may use it for promoting my artwork and commission services. To discuss exclusivity rights, private commissions, or NDAs, please email [email protected]â–º Images may not be used in any blockchain-related technology, including but not limited to: NFTs, cryptocurrency, and future inventions in the space.â–º Images may not be used in any AI technology, including but not limited to image generators or their databases.â–º Prices listed are a baseline; certain requests (e.g. excessive revisions or complex designs) may increase the overall price of the commission. This will always be discussed ahead of time with the Client; additional costs will never be implemented without Client consent.â–º Payment will be sent via invoice through Square; payment is expected upfront in full.â–º Payment cannot be refunded once the rough sketch is approved. Exceptions can be made at the artist's discretion to provide refunds due to unexpected circumstances, but only on incomplete illustrations; finished artwork is not refundable.â–º I retain the right to reuse rejected sketches for future commissions or personal works.â–º Please credit me (you can tag me @toothandbranch on most socials) when sharing the artwork and do not remove my signature or watermark.â–º You can resize or crop the commissioned work for your own personal use, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.â–º Please allow at least 1-3 weeks for the completion of any piece. More complex pieces may take longer.â–º Commissions completed in 7 days or less may be requested as a "rush order" at 2.5 times the cost. This must be discussed and is not guaranteed, depending on my schedule.â–º All prices listed are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change in the future.
